Beer and Wine:     : $6pp first hour $4pp each additional hour

Beer/Wine/Liquor:  $8pp first hour  $6pp each additional hour

   Premium brands  $10pp first hour $8pp each additional hour

Prices include: 9oz disposable wine cups, disposable soda or iced tea cups, white cocktail napkins, ice, soda or iced tea, bottled water. For liquor bars, all mixers, juices, condiments, and stirrer also includeds.

Upgraded wedding disposables available +$1pp/hour

Option 3: Bar service only

If you choose to purchase your own beer, wine and liquor, we charge the following

You supply beer and wine only

$90/hour includes 9oz cups for wine, disposable cups for beverages, cocktail napkins, ice, soda or iced tea, and iced water

Add $20/hour for upgraded wedding disposables

You supply Beer, Wine and Liquor

$140/hour includes: 9oz cups for wine, disposable cups for beverages, cocktail napkins, ice, soda or iced tea, and iced water, mixers, juices and condiments

Add $20/hour for upgraded wedding disposables

All prices include bar set-up, breakdown, liquor liability and trash removal.

Our professional bartender rate is $22 per hour.  We require one bartender per about 50 people.

If you choose Option D, The Downtown Catering Company requires our bartenders to serve all drinks.
